60' Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring Spider

The iconic Alfa Romeo 2000 was introduced at the Turin Motor Show in '57 as the successor to the Alfa Romeo 1900. The Spider was introduced in '58, and its bodywork was taken care of by Carrozzeria Touring. This beautiful Spider was produced between '58 and '61 and is a real milestone for Alfa Romeo's open GT cars, offering not only overwhelming comfort, but also sportiness. Less than 3,500 Spiders left the Alfa Romeo factory, most of which have disappeared from the radar. An excellently restored and rust-free copy is difficult to find today.

Here you see a 2000 Touring Spider that was produced for the European market, which makes it even rarer. The first registration took place in 1960 in Belgium, and the car is still in Belgium to this day. This copy has undergone a complete ‘nuts and bolts’ restoration that was not spared by a recognised classic car enthusiast, as it were to new condition. The car has been perfectly cared for over the years. This is possibly the most perfect Touring Spider on the market right now! It really looks like new! A lot of information comes with the car, such as: first registration, current registration, a stack of invoices, etc. If the body was not yet elegant enough, this car was finished in Tornado Blue with a brown leather interior, a real eye catcher!
